Perform Work in Confined Space Operation (PWCSO)

The Perform Work in Confined Space Operation for Workers is a mandatory safety course that must be attended by all employees working in confined spaces.

Course Objective

Participants will learn the following

  • Identify the duties and responsibilities of all personnel involved in confined space work under the WSH Legislations and Code of Practice
  • Identify confined space hazards
  • Able to use Gas Detection Instruments for atmospheric monitoring
  • Comply with the Permit-to-Work system and safe work procedures when working in confined space
  • Participate in an Emergency for confined space
